Combidrive MO

The Combidrive MO is a cold rolling line with a single horizontally drawing capstan for the production of smooth and ribbed wire in bars.It is fully modular, and the rolling process is carried out by the drawing of the capstan and roller cassettes for rolling/profiling.Powered by electric asynchronous servomotors, digitally controlled.The wire is rolled to reduce the section and, if needed, ribbed, then straightened and cut according to the different planned lengths.Each line is equipped with safety features to ensure the operator’s safety and is characterized by easy maintenance and short setup times, guaranteeing high flexibility and productivity.
