IDEA assembles cages using the patented “Schnell System.” By using three thin longitudinal wires, which can be welded at any point on the outer surface of the bracket, the IDEA cage assembly machine can half-assemble the truss beams of brackets of any shape and size.The half-assembled beam is now ready to be completed by attaching the frame holders. Since the brackets are already welded at the correct distance, the support bars need only be fastened every 5 or 6 brackets.
